What you are buying, and what happens if we get it wrong.
The School Decision Report is a research product. This page says what we deliver, how long you have to ask us to fix something, and the three cases where we give your money back.

What $195 buys
One payment of $195, covering one focus child in one family for one target school year. Sibling schedules are considered as logistics; separate school comparisons for siblings are not included.

- A five to seven minute audio guide made for your situation, with a transcript
- A one-page family discussion guide
- An action kit
- One round of follow-up questions by email after you have read it
No call is required. Everything runs by form and by email. If your intake is still unclear or contradictory after the follow-up round, we may ask you for a short call so we can finish the research properly.
When it arrives
We aim to deliver the complete bundle within 48 hours of complete intake or your final clarification, whichever comes later. Some sources are slow or seasonal. If one delays us, we tell you and we finish.
Delivery counts as complete when every file listed above has arrived. A partial delivery is not delivery.
Corrections, for 14 days
For 14 days after we deliver, tell us about a factual error or a constraint you gave us that we missed, and we correct it at no charge. We apply the correction across the whole bundle: the report, the audio, the transcript, the discussion guide, and the action kit. Playing a corrected report over an uncorrected audio guide is not a fix.
A missed constraint means something you actually told us during intake, such as a budget ceiling, a commute limit, or a grade. It does not cover a preference you did not mention. If a constraint changed after we began, that is a changed brief, covered below.
Refunds
Three cases where we return the full $195, and one where we do not:
- You change your mind before research begins. Tell us before we start and you get the full $195 back.
- We cannot honestly research your situation. If too few schools clear your hard constraints, or a source we need cannot be verified, we tell you before we deliver. You then choose a full refund or a report that states plainly what we could and could not answer.
- A promised file never arrives. If part of the bundle never arrives and we cannot produce it, you get the full $195 back.
- A delivered, accurate report is not refunded because you disagree with it. If the research is sound and every file arrived, the work is done, even when the answer is not the one you were hoping for. Ask for a correction instead and tell us what looks wrong.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Ask by email and we will confirm when it is done.
If your situation changes
Tell us when something material changes after research starts, such as a different city, grade, or school year. We will say what has to be redone and confirm a new delivery target before we continue. A different child or a different school year is a separate report at the same price. We never charge you for redoing our own mistake.
What we do not promise
School, Clearly is AI-assisted research and decision support with human review. It is not placement advice and it is not a credentialed educational recommendation. We do not guarantee admission, lottery placement, a seat, or that a school will turn out to fit your child. Your family makes the final school decision.
Deadlines, tuition, and application rules change. We date every fact that can move and we tell you where it came from. Confirm anything you are about to act on with the school itself before you apply or enroll.
No school pays us. We take no referral fee and no commission from any school named in your report.
Your information
We delete your intake, our research working files, and our copies of your bundle 30 days after complete delivery or your last resolved correction, whichever is later. Download your files when they arrive. The privacy policy covers what we ask for, what we never ask for, and how to have your information deleted sooner.

Changes to these terms
The terms that govern your order are the ones published on the day you paid. If we change this page, we change the date at the top. A later change is never applied backward to an order already placed.
